1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fg66v ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the fg66v platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all associated financial transactions.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by fg66v, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Only one account per player is permitted. Opening multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim duplicate bonuses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of fg66v or any of its affiliated game providers.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

fg66v supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your fg66v balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Typical processing times via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are within seconds to a few minutes. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside fg66v's direct control.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must complete fg66v's KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. fg66v does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to persons other than the account holder, or unverified payment methods.
• fg66v reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During periods of heightened verification activity — including around major sporting events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches — processing times may be extended.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on fg66v are subject to specific game rules provided by the relevant game provider or sportsbook operator. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing bets or participating in any game. The following general rules apply across the platform.

• All bets placed on fg66v are final once confirmed. fg66v does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except in cases of manifest technical error that is demonstrably attributable to a fault in the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the fg66v platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of fg66v or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of fg66v.

The fg66v brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the sole property of fg66v. Unauthorised use of any fg66v trademark, brand asset, or intellectual property in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

fg66v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is credible evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited automated systems.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that harms the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by the platform's compliance team.
• Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, fg66v reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and fg66v, the player is encouraged to contact fg66v customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. fg66v is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
